All volunteers are required to sign a Waiver of Liability You may do this online or print, sign and bring on their first day of volunteering (or sign the form at the work place). We have several opportunities to volunteer.

We need volunteers for:
1. Construction
Our work schedule is usually two shifts 8:30am-12pm and 1:00pm-4:30pm on scheduled Saturdays. However, that may vary based on tasks, weather, and groups that are working with us.  Please see the updated work schedule by clicking here during a build project.  We appreciate individuals and volunteer groups, local and out-of-town volunteers, and skilled and unskilled volunteers. 2. ReStore
The Restore is located at 1919 Glynn Avenue / Lanier Plaza Units 9 & 10 in Brunswick. Our ReStore helps to fund our builds, so your help here is very important and appreciated! We are continually in need of volunteers, to help sort merchandise, price items for sale, answer the telephone, help out in the office, etc. Contact our ReStore Manager to get started, 912-265-7455 or email volunteer@habitatglynncounty.org.

3. Office
Helping with mailings, inputting data, working on fundraising, assisting families with financial planning, answering phones, writing letters, taking photography, etc. You name it, we need it!

4. Committees
This is the "behind the scenes" work - without it, no Habitat homes could be built. There is a committee to suit every talent and skill. Committees include:

  • Fundraising & Development Committee
  • Family Selection
  • Land Planning & Development Committee
  • ReStore Committees
