Habitat for Humanity of Glynn County Homeownership Eligibility Requirements
Our goal at Habitat is to provide a safe, decent and affordable place for everyone to live. That is where our Homeowner Program comes in! This program provides a way for a qualified Habitat homeowner to purchase a Habitat home at a 0% interest rate.
To be considered as a candidate for the Habitat for Humanity of Glynn County Homeownership Program, you must be able to answer “YES” to all of these questions:

If you can answer “YES” to all of these questions, you may be eligible for the program. It’s essential to review the specific income limits and documentation requirements outlined by Habitat for Humanity of Glynn County. Habitat for Humanity of Glynn County assesses eligibility for the Home Purchase Program based on overall payment history rather than credit score alone. All accounts and bills must be current, and any bankruptcy must have been discharged for at least three years. The organization reviews Tri-Merge Credit Reports, evaluating payment history on all debts, including those with no outstanding balance.
Required documentation includes pay stubs, bank statements, tax returns, utility bills, identification, social security cards, and relevant legal documents. Additionally, veterans must provide a copy of the DD-214 form.
